X-Flightserver does not record back-to-back flights

I was participating in the x-plane.org fly-in in TNCM and I did many island hopping flights. In total I did almost 2 hours of flying but the system only recorded one flight for 1.1 hours. I have attached a screenshot of my X-Plane logbook and my XFS logbook.
