The range in nm can be regulated in Swift to visualize the pilots who are nearby flying on the xplane. See them out of the cabin at X miles?

Excuse me, I don't quite understand the question. The FSD server of x.flightserver.net has no limitation in visibility, because only a few users are actually connected to the server at the same time and the amount of data is manageable. Was that the question?

No. When I approach an airport, I can see the planes that are in the terminal when I am at approximately 5nm. I see their yellow callsing with the outside view of the plane.
The range of vision can be expanded, to 10nm to 15nm etc ...
